Mahameru Villa

Mahameru is a private villa with an area of 3000m2 with a direct view of the Indian Ocean. Construction of this project took approximately 1.5 (one and a half) years. Our biggest experience in building this project is that many designs have undergone changes due to special requests from the building owner, drafting team and QS field team. We work quite hard to produce design change documents so that they become a construction document to be realized by workers in the field. The valuable experience we gained on this project is that intent and continuous field coordination is the key to the success of this project.
